What is the User Panel?

Once a month (on the first Wednesday of the month), RCLST members are invited to come to London to meet with our digital team to offer valuable feedback and discuss the work that has been done so far.

User panel discussions can cover any topic relating to the digital transformation project including:

  • The new homepage
  • The navigation of the new site
  • The way members will use the site
  • What’s good about the old site and what doesn’t work
  • What members would like from the new site

The User Panel is one of the most important parts of the digital transformation project because we get to speak directly to the people that use our site. It’s also a great opportunity for members to test what we’ve done so far and help us to decide what we do next.

Many of our members took part in the discovery phase, and now that we’re putting our plans into action, it’s even more important for members to join our user panel workshops to help us understand what we need to do and to ensure what we’ve already done is working.

The user panels are also a good opportunity to come and say hello to us in our London office and to make sure we’re on the right lines!

Check out the latest post about our user panels for more information, and if you’d like to get involved, drop us a line using the contact form below.
